South Korea's top mobile carrier SK Telecom will create a joint venture this year with four global mobile carriers aimed at developing large language models that can help telcos improve their customer interactions via digital assistants and chatbots.
The global mobile carriers joining SK Telecom are Germany's Deutsche Telekom, the United Arab Emirates' e& Group, Singapore's Singtel and Japan's Softbank.
