With his career spanning more than two decades, Alvin has worked at many prestigious organisations such as Temasek Holdings, Korn Ferry, Maybank, Pilgrim Partners Asia, and is currently with the Singapore Human Resources Institute.

He is a forward-looking Senior Human Capital leader who has implemented progressive people practices in the APAC region and is a change & transformation catalyst that is able to work well with various stakeholders from diverse cultures, delivering high-impact human capital transformation initiatives in both the APAC and global markets. He has lived and worked in Australia, China, France, and Vietnam.
